Concierge Service

It’s not always easy to book your own flights online.  Maybe you are travelling, don’t have internet access or may not have the confidence to book your own flight.  If you would like us to book your flights for you we would be happy to do so. Simply call us on the number below with your flight requirements and we will make the reservation for you. We can also assist you with check in and changing your flight if necessary.  Our fees are very reasonable and we will always give you the fare available on the airlines web site at the time of booking. 

 

Opening Hours

Please call us in Dublin offices on 01 6371600. Our opening hours are:

• Monday – Friday 0800 – 1800hrs
• Saturday            1000 – 1400hrs
• Sunday              1300 – 1700hrs 

What’s required to book

• Names as per passport
• Debit or credit card number, expiry date and CCV number
• Billing address
• Mobile Phone Number
• Passport details – required for certain destinations

Travel Department can store your information in a secure environment to save you time making future bookings.

 

Ground Transportation, Accommodation & Travel Insurance

We would be pleased to assist you with onward transport from the airport to your destination as well as hotel accommodation and travel insurance if required. 

 

Fee structure for flight bookings per person per booking

• Booking fee per person per one way or return flight                          €15.00
• Checking in & posting boarding pass                                                €7.00
• Changing an existing booking *                                                       €15.00

 

* Change fee is the Comparethefare.ie service change fee; this does not include the change in flight fare or the carrier change fee which vary dependent on the time of year. These fees will all be fully explained and detailed at the time of change

** We will use your credit or debit card to book the flight with the airline. Your credit / debit card statement will show two charges, one being the airlines fare and fees and the other being our service fees as outlined above.  Travel Department handle all reservations and amendments so you will see their name on your statement.   You will be bound by the terms and conditions of the airline with whom you book. Travel Department have no influence or control over airlines fees and they are subject to change without notice.
